Thank you for shopping Southern Marc Designs. Each piece of Southern Marc jewelry is thoughtfully handmade to order in Naples, Florida. Because your jewelry is made especially for you, please review our processing and shipping timelines below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING — PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS

All Southern Marc jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be created, processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Our processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time provided by the carrier. Choosing an expedited shipping method at checkout will expedite the package once it has been received by the carrier; it does not shorten our handmade production time.

WHEN YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED

Once your order has been completed and packaged, a shipping label will be created and you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information.

Please note: Receiving a tracking number or seeing your order marked as “fulfilled” does not necessarily mean that your package has already been picked up or scanned by the carrier.

USPS pickups occur on business days. If your order is fulfilled over a weekend or holiday, tracking may not begin updating until the next business day after the package has been received and scanned by USPS.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping service selected at checkout and are outside of Southern Marc Designs' control.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours after carrier pickup to update.

Please keep in mind that carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.

NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE?

If you are ordering for a trip, event, birthday, or other special occasion, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know whether we are able to accommodate your timeline. While we will always do our best, rush requests cannot be guaranteed.
